As the Growth Marketing Manager you are an expert of web production and digital marketing and will be responsible for setting up, implementing, and managing digital strategy for multiple consumer-focused clients. You will manage email marketing programs and integrate paid media into digital campaigns. You understand the nuances of organic and paid search, website and email performance and optimization, and content marketing strategy.
Meet with the marketing, design and leadership teams to define advertising strategies and requirements
Conduct market research using techniques such as A/B testing to guide the marketing strategy
Develop and implement digital advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and sales
Understands pixel tracking and data aggregation
Planning and executing digital marketing timelines and budgets
Ensure the efficiency and optimization of the digital ecosystem through SEO, SEM, and SMO
Implement paid search, PPC, and SEO strategies/campaigns
Monitor and interpret digital analytics
Track conversion rates – what worked, what didn’t, and why?
Generate and present digital marketing reports and analyses for feedback
Experiment across platforms, analyzing new opportunities for growth
Stay abreast of the latest consumer and marketing trends and advancements in technology
Bachelor’s in marketing, digital technologies, or related field or relevant experience
4-5 years of experience developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
4-5 years of experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software
Experience with Google Adwords, Microsoft Bing search advertising, Paid Social etc
Skilled with analytical tools, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, SEO, SEM etc
Excellent communications skills - written and verbal
Self-starter who is used to working with minimal supervision, and also a collaborative mindset
In depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels, online marketing tools, and best practices
Basic knowledge of web design procedures
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Flawless time-management skills
You have strong project and relationship building skills, with a history of finishing projects on time

The firm uses a performance based compensation model. Base compensation will increase commensurate with a candidate’s experience. The base salary is earned when the minimum levels of performance are achieved. When KPIs have been exceeded, bonus compensation is then earned; the amount of which is commensurate with the value to the firm. A full benefit package is included which includes health & disability insurance, 401k, paid time off, paid holidays, and more.
Office Work Environment
The firm currently resides in Class A fully renovated office space located in downtown Royal Oak in close proximity to several retail and restaurant destinations. We have a private parking lot and work in a private office which maintains about 15 employees therein. Employees and clients love our office space, which is representative of our success. The firm fosters a team culture and encourages the building of friendships between team members outside of work. The firm maintains an annual golf outing, hosts several team building activities and holiday parties.
