The Law Offices of Barton Morris is looking for a high energy and dynamic Sales Representative to convert all qualified leads to new clients at increasingly high conversion rate.
Responsibilities
Prioritize leads and consultations based the severity of the offense and opportunity size.
Help potential new clients weigh their options and make important and life changing decisions by consultative selling
Close an ever-increasing percentage of leads.
Hold intelligent and engaging conversations via phone and email.
Have a firm grasp on our pricing and how much room there is for negotiation.
Develop an expert and constantly evolving understanding of our criminal and corporate services.
Be sure everyone who contacts the firm for help is better off for their effort.
Work with your manager, VP of Marketing, and CEO to continue honing your skills.
Be maniacal about documenting everything in our CRM, every touch, every conversation, everything.
Never stop learning about our business, clients, our services, competitors, and how they tie together.
Qualifications
Exceptional communication skills, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
Previous successful sales experience, preference given to those with phone sales success.
Track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
Naturally curious and passionate; you’re a lifelong learner.
A "one-speed" energy with a highly self-driven sense of motivation.
The ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection on a daily basis.
A "can do" do whatever it takes attitude is a must.
Compensation, Benefits and Bonuses
Compensation begins at $55,000 and includes a benefit package of health insurance, 401k, paid time off and paid holidays.
Office Work Environment
Our 20-employee firm is conveniently located in Troy. We outgrew our former space in Royal Oak and recently moved to our newly renovated suite where we occupy the entire 6th floor. The firm fosters a team culture and encourages the building of friendships and maintains activities where we all gather outside and inside of work for good laughs and great conversation.
